Thanks everyone for the kind words and encouragement! Boone continues to amaze and not even at three weeks post amputation. He spent the day in the local park and had a chance to chase a couple of squirrels, play with a few dogs along the way and amaze several people that never knew what a tripawd could do!
Boone’s histopathology came back last week as a confirmed Osteosarcoma so he starts chemotherapy tomorrow (Carboplatin). Each day is a pretty great day at this point so hopefully he will have many more to come!

Isn’t it great to get out and see dogs and people again? Smelling all the good stuff and playing in the grass, there ain’t nothing better after you’ve been cooped up.
I’m sorry about the osteo dx, but you and your people are strong, together you have the power to kick it’s butt, I can feel it! Good luck with the first round, go get ’em!
